F*$#@!* (Ridiculous - This is the most difficult rental process that I have ever had to deal with being a resident of Columbia for more thank seven years. Moving three times, I have NEVER had to deal with a group of staff so unprofessional, disrespectful, and irresponsible in my life. Hedra Bay is the best source but is hardly there.
