New Tenant - My son moved into a renovated studio apartment this fall 2011, and it has been great so far. If the place had new windows, and new appliances and it would of been 100%. While it was fairly priced for the area, it is a bit lonely compared to the other places for students. It is certainly the closest to the schools, and great even for a person who has a meal plan.
