the care/upkeep of apts is horrible!! I am currently living here and problems are constantly "painted over" literally and figuratively. Mgmt is more concerned with the outward appearance of apartments and keeping a 99%-100% occupancy rate (that they are so proud of) than taking care of the residents that currently occupy the apartments. Problems are dismissed, risking safety. Also when break ins or assaults or anything happen, residents are told to keep quiet and not "scare" other residents, and told that "this NEVER happens" which is NOT true...my car has been broken into 3 or 4 times, my apt once in 3 years, and I know of many other instances. I would NOT recommend these apts to anyone. i am looking to move as soon as my money permits.
