I moved from an apartment community off Broad River Road and moving to Atrium Place was the best thing. Everything works and the apartments are spacious. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and office staff are nice. I only had one problems, my car along with others were broken into a year ago. Richland County Police Department believed it was gang related..like most crimes. Since then, and before then I have not had any problems. The community is well lit and I feel comfortable coming in at night. I have never felt unsafe in this community. The walls are also pretty thick. I live on the first floor and I can count the times I have heard anything from the tenant above me..unless it is during football season and he is yelling for his team!! Unfortunatly, I will not be renewing my lease because I have accepted a job out of state. I am apartment shopping now, and so far, nothing has added up to Atrium Place. I miss this community already!
