I lived here for a year... Maintenance was okay, they usually came within a day or two... We had to call them at least once a month for the toilets or tubs clogging. Office staff was always friendly, although they didn't always know what they were talking about (got two different stories depending on who you talked to, had to stay on top of them for things to get done). Neighbors had a LOUD dog and LOUD music - called the curtesy officer TWICE in one night and he never showed, management was no help either even though I complained about my noisy neighbor on a monthly basis. Grounds, however, were always kept up and looking nice. Only used laundry room once - was kind of gross so rented my own washer/dryer. Pool was fine, they turned the hot tub into a flower bed right after I moved in. Plenty of parking, felt safe in this complex. Kids were always playing outside, but that's probably because the elementary school (and strip club!!!) are right down the street. The apartment itself was nice - except it was freezing in winter and burning up in summer. I probably would have renewed the lease if I didn't have to move out of state. It was definately one of the better places in the St. Andrews area, and away from the interstate. Good location between downtown and shopping up in Harbison. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
