I love the size of my apartment (1060 sq ft.)and the fact that the office staff will sign for packages for you.

The staff has always been friendly.

However; my new neighbors (beside and below me) feel that they can play their music so loud that it vibrates the walls and floor.

I know the office has sent them noise notices but obviously they don't care.

Yes I can call the police but they should be out catching murderers, rapists, etc.

(my brother is a Sheriff's Deputy in NC so I know first hand how difficult it is).

It is to the point that I am turning my 2nd bedroom into the TV/Living Room so I don't have to hear bass when I am trying to watch a movie.

I have had some really bad thoughts regarding retribution but I will be the better person.

If Bent Tree would invest in soundproofing the paper thin walls I would recommend living here.

Also they need a playground because I am tired of seeing children playing in the street everyday (these fools don't always slow down while driving through here)...
