This complex was in really sorry shape just a few years ago. In the last couple of years, the management has turn the project around. Everything has been replaced or restored and several of the investors have renovated their rental properties from the inside out. I have been renting one of the renovated units and have really enjoyed it. The unit is a two bedroom and is much larger than many of the newer units for rent today.
