I have lived at Broad River Township for over two years. It is a wonderful location! Easy access to I26 and I20. Virtually no traffic! The riverwalk access is also a plus! I often ride my bike along the riverwalk into downtown for work.
It is a quiet neighborhood with good people and I have never felt safer! A lot of people are updating their own units. The regime fee is also going towards new improvements to the property.
I'm very pleased that I bought property here. In two years, the value of my home has increased over $20,000.
