I have lived here for over three years and love it!
Recently switched management companies and things can't be better! The buildings are being resided and are being painted to look like Rainbow Row in Charleston!
The gates work perfectly, and the pool is kept in great working order. It's nice to have the security of a gate and the need for a key to get into the pool area.
The downside is that they boarded up the hottub in the time i've been here, but I can live with that. The tennis courts are kept relatively clear and the gym has older equipment, but is still quite functional if you know how to use it properly. (The air conditioner works best at full blast, by the way. ;-))
The grounds are kept up well, and pest control is handled wonderfully.
It's nice to have access to the river and riverwalk, and the location is ideal. There are two exit roads to Broad River, and it is centered perfectly between I-20 and I-26 and Harbison and the downtown/USC area.
It's an amazing place, and I can't imagine leaving anytime soon!
