Parking at the 800 and 900 buildings are wonderful...even on the weekends!



If you want peace and quiet, (weekends included, at least in the 800 building) you should move here. We had expected the walls to be paper thin, after reading other reviews...but we can?t hear a peep from our neighbors above, next to and beneath.


Grounds are impecible, aside from the pet owners, who haven?t heard of picking up their animal?s poop.(who ARE you people, anyway!') Almost every day there is someone either mowing, raking or trimming the grounds. It?s a really beautiful part of the city. The pool is always clean...the laundry facility is modest but upkept. Haven?t tried out the workout room, but have seen it; in nice shape.



We have a one room apartment, and for two people, and a small dog, it?s plenty roomy! The bathroom is HUGE, and the garden tub is especially nice. We have an apartment model which has a woodburning fireplace, and built in bookshelves...really make it feel like a home, rather than an apartment.



Have seen a few "palmetto bugs"...I call them roaches! :) But the pest control guy comes every thursday of the month to spray around the building, and you can ask to have them spray inside your apartment, which helps! I guess this IS the south, and those bugs can?t be prevented.



The maintinence guys are great! Have come a few times to fix the fan, or the door sticks...always friendly, and asks if there is anything else they can do!



Before I write another ten pages, I guess I better end. This is a great place to live!!
