Parking Problems at Broad River Trace

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I have been a resident at Broad River Trace for the last 16 months. My experience has been great until recently. The Building 100 and 200 are close to fully occupied and parking has become a nightmare. No visitor parking is available and most residents cannot find parking close to their building after 10 pm on weekends. I never imagined that parking could be such a hassle.
