I've lived here for approximately a year and a half and the only real complaint I have is the way they enforce parking. Parking areas are extremely ambiguous towards whether they are designed for residential or visitor spaces. And if your caught in the wrong spot your car is unfortunately towed without warning for $85. This makes it a "russian roulette" game for visitors coming in. It has already occured to one of my friends and is extremely embarasing for both myself and the complex itself. And incase u don't find this that big of a problem.... consider if this were to ever happen to one of your family members coming to visit, especially during the holidays.
