I've lived here for about 3 months and have come to the conclusion that this is the nosiest place I have ever lived in. The apartment's here are put together with toothpicks and tissue paper! I work at the hospital downtown and have some crazy hours in some instances. The noise levels from other neighbors are ridiculous, especially if you have an undergrad living next to you who thinks it's spring break every week. Good luck trying to get management to help you as well. I can't wait until my lease ends so that I can move out of here. I strongly suggest that you have a look at other places (which are most likely cheaper) and have a staff working that respects peoples requests for a quiet life!
