Great Place

I lived here for two years, one year in a two bedroom in the 700 building and one year in a 3 bedroom in the 300 building. I had no complaints with my stay here whatsoever. The office staff is nice, ,not wonderful but no complaints....The maintenance staff is excellent though. We always had our requests serviced within a day or maybe two at the most.
The place is quiet and convenient to downtown and Harbison. The pool area with the grills is great on the weekends especially and lets you meet people at the complex. The grounds are always kept nice for the residents as well.
Parking can be tough in the 300 building sometimes if its late night, but if you come in late at night and can't walk an extra 150 feet to youre apartment then you have serious laziness problems.
The only thing about the apartments that was kind of bad was that while in the 300 building we were on the ground floor and there were more bugs that could make their way into our apartment. It wasn't that bad, but you could definitely notice a difference after being on the 3rd floor, and then moving to the ground floor.
The complex allows pets with I believe no weight limit. Our dog was 55lbs and that was fine.
Overall I think that this is the best apartment complex in Columbia that I have been to. It is a little more pricy than some others, but it was well worth it when we stayed there.
