I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live. I had an awesome experience at Broad River. I lived by myself so it was important for me to feel safe. Anytime anything went wrong in my apartment, maintenance came right away. One night, a maintenance guy responded to my message i had left only 30 minutes before and came over for a clogged toilet. The landscaping at Broad River is gorgeous. I had an apt right at the pond and I absolutely loved it. The girls in the office were always very friendly, helpful and professional. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it if you dont really want the hassles of apartment living. I give it a 10!
