My wife and I have rented for ten years and the staff members at Broad River Trace were by far the most arrogant cut-throats we ever met. The staff sees the renters as dirt and they take enjoyment in coming after you for nothing.
We have lived in Tampa, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Connecticut. This is the only place I have ever seen or heard of that hires hillbillies to run around like thieves in the middle of the night looking for cars to tow.

I know this is an old post that I'm responding to, but I just wanted to say that I don't believe that the staff is anti-dog. When the staff found out that I was looking at a dog, Tara was quick to inform me that she keeps dog treats in the office so I should bring mine in anytime for a treat if I decided to move in and that she has two dogs herself. Maybe it was just to get me to move in, I don't know but since they stay full I doubt it.
