I have lived in BRT for almost 4 years. I lived in building 900 where vistor parking was never a problem. However my dog was ill and I needed to be on the first floor and moved to building 200. They provide 3 visitor spots for a total of 3 buildings. Each building has probably about 30 or so apartments. THe best part is the non visitor spots are never full. We have had people robbed and there have been shootings. They advise me I should have my guest walkk from building 900 to 200 regardless of the time. I DO NOT THINK SO> My friends are small girls. That is simply unsafe. Managment doesnt seem to care a thing about it. I will be getting out of my lease and moving out ASAP. This has been an on going problem. I am fed up. Can not believe this is how I am treated at my plce of residence. It costs more than other places, water is high, and the older buidling I think building 100-500 are muct older than 700-900. The old building have poor instalation and my electricity is wayyyyyyy to high. I would recomend this place if you get a place in building 900, but if not DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
