I really love living here at Broad River Trace Apartments. I especially like the huge walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom and it has a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and linen closet as well as an extremely large vanity with plenty of storage. In the dining room, it has a double closet next to the front door with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is modern with a pantry and plenty of cabinet space for storage and also has a utility room for your washer and dryer. The staff is wonderful. The Maintenance Supervisor Scott and Milford, the Groundskeeper do an awesome job on the property and any maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Catherine the Leasing Consultant has answered all of my questions and has always been extremely helpful. I LOVE LIVING HERE!!!!!!
