This place shouldn't even exist it's so crappy. The folks under the national poverty line would be ashamed to live here. Management is almost non-existent except for the friendly shoe out the door when there is a problem. As for the maintenance crew, well, YOU are the maintenance crew when it comes to their ??high-end?? appliances inside and their over-priced and defective washers and dryers in the so called ??laundry facility??, to which I was given a key (if lost $10), but the knob was broken, defeating the whole purpose. If that??s bad enough, there is, apparently, a large amount of homeless BUGS in the area that really need roommates. Let's not forget the REALLY out-of-date cable system that only THEY provide (it??s like 20 channels, 1st movie CHANNEL for extra $12) on ONE wall outlet, NO OTHER CHOICE except satellite' To add even more icing to the cake, their security situation is a constant reminder of how UN-SECURE you really are. The local police are forced to constantly monitor, patrol, and camp out in the parking lot because it is a COMMON HOTSPOT for SKETCHY ACTIVITIES. Oh and the 1st floor bedroom windows have NO LOCKS! Take my advice and STAY AWAY from this place!!! Don??t get distracted by the low rent. You??d be better off living in the SEWER or a TOXIC DUMP!!! -student
