I've lived here for almost a year. The location is great and I couldn't be more pleased about that, but holy crap, the apartments have NO sound insulation. The shared walls between each apartment is nothing more than shoddy drywall. Everyone that lives in this building is inconsiderately noisy at the most inappropriate times (Come home at 3AM drunk and want to hang out in the halls laughing loudly' Why not! Want to invite your friends over to watch Borat on your new 50" HDTV and new speaker system at 12AM' Hell yes! Better hope you don't have a normal 9-5 job while living in this building because apparently no one else does!)

Turnaround rate in the building is high. I think almost every apartment in this building has been vacant at some point while living here. Very few people renew their lease.

I don't know what Capitol Places was thinking when they renovated this building a decade ago. Why would you go to the trouble to do some elaborate art deco style architecture and then not even bother to sound insulate even a little'
