I moved to Columbia, SC just a little over three years ago and found the apartments at Capitol Places II to be just perfect. It's near restaurants, the Columbia Museum of Art, my bank, a movie theatre, many venues for plays and world class performances, the University of South Carolina, the Vista with all of its entertainment, one of the best libraries in the country and all those wonderful art galleries. I've come to know the owners of the properties downtown, the Prioreschis and they have become great friends. I have since moved into another property of theirs because I enjoyed the first one so much. I upgraded and have been so grateful in doing so. I now have a rooftop view of the city and often spend evenings and nights looking at the beautiful sunsets and New York City-like skyline with its many lights. While others are traveling home I'm sipping on some sweet iced tea. I tell you life downtown just wouldn't be the same without Capitol Places. Thank you for your vision!!!!!
