Former tenant of Carriage Place, I was first managed by Fowler Company and moved to CMM reality. Upon my eviction which I was given less than a month, I was charged $2000 for thirty year old carpet. There were numerous prblems with my apartment to begin with, including the dirty carpet. After eviction they renovated the entire apartment and apparently kicked out everyone else living in my building.

This statement is incorrect. The tenant was not charged for carpet replacement. The charges were for cleaning a filthy unit, trashing out the unit, and UNPAID rent. I hope this takes care of any concerns that you have.
