These apartments are relatively new. Although they do not look like it at first glance, they are constructed pretty poorly. The moulding in our bathroom began peeling from day one. It takes 2-3 calls to have maintenance problems fixed. . .and even then, I had to fix one problem myself because they just couldn't get it right.

On the other had, the apartments are pretty easy to live in. The gym and pool area is nice, the apartments feel very up-scale, and the neighbors are generally friendly but keep to themselves. There are a lot of kids (and that raises the noise level a bit), but overall there are no major noise/neighbor problems. The insulation in the apartment is poor and so you have to keep the heater/AC running almost constantly to keep the room at a good temperature, and even then there can be a big difference between the temperature from one room to the next.

The best part about the apartments is the bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen comes furnished with black applicances, which gives it a classy look, and the cabinets are not arranged in a slot as there are in most apartments which gives the kitchen a very open feeling. The bathrooms are pretty large, and the garden tub/shower combos are huge and very luxurious. All the other rooms feel very roomy.
