I have never experienced such discourtesy and incompetence in so called apartment management that compelled me to write a review. I absolutely love the apartment building. It is gorgeous and they are practically new. However, the management will never be around to answer your questions or even answer the phone for that matter. They promise to return your phone calls but you have to keep calling to get any issue resolved. They take off during the middle of the week with no notice and when you complain about it; they act as if they are doing you a favor to rent you an apartment even though you are paying for it. If you are a hands-off type of person this is the place for you. However if you expect courtesy and professionalism from a management staff please do yourself a favor and forget Carrington Place.
