Poor management and no water pressure

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I can't believe I've been here a year and still have to turn off my shower to build pressure to get the shampoo out of my hair!
Management say repairs will happen. Weeks later, your requesting the same repair.
Entrance gate is open/broken 50% of the time.
Very pricey for this kind of service. But you can't leave for a year!
