I have lived at Carrington Place since they opened last March. I love apartment. I live in a two bedroom, the closets are large, and the bathroom too. The landscaping is well kept, and there is a small lake on the property, making the view nice.

Management is extremely helpful and the manager is very friendly and always wearing a smile on her face. Everyone else in the office is very courteous and professional.

Maintenance for the most part is good. I have only had one time that I called in about a dishwasher that took a couple days to repair. Other times, they have been very efficient.
