For the most part this is a very pleasant place to live. The neighbors are courteous. Management has issues, but they are working with the tools they are given. Apart of managing is delegating work, and referring situations. They problems they can fix they fix and the ones they can't they forward to corporate. The one problem I have is the back gate being open all the time and we are paying for a gated community!
