I have been living at the Carrington Place for a little over one year now. I have had absolutly no problems. When something broke in the apartment, I call the office and the item was fixed. Everyone in my building gets along great. We have a wonderful relationship. Lets talk about kids. If you do not like kids please do not live here. Kids are going to be roudy after school. The ones that I have interacted with here have been well behaved. If they start getting crazy all you have to do is say something and they understand to calm down. Lastly I just want to say that I enjoy coming home. The walls in the apartments are thick enough so you don't hear the neaghbors. The floors are a little thin but hey it's an apartment. This has obviously been submitted by Management as well. Look at the landscaping, and the garbage area, and the mail kiosk, it is a mess. Just like management, a mess. No organization whatsoever. Really. A HOT MESS!
