We were given a 30% off coupon on 3 beds 2 bathroom appartment by one of the staff memebers when we visited the complex and the appartment was held for us until Tuesday around 3pm so we can get an opportunity to fax the information requested by the staff. After receiving the 30% off coupon, the staff flately told us that none of the 3 beds 2 bath appartments are avilable as those are being leased to other families this morning, even after given assurances that no one would be able to access it until 3pm Tuesday May 26 2009. We went there all the way from Ohio and stopped looking for any more appartments after their commetment. But they just backed off said that there is no evidence in their system that we even showed up to visit the property and we were told that the person who has given us the coupon is on vacation and not coming back soon and she has left no note, no message for anyone and there is nothing on her desk suggesting that we held the appartment. Whereas before faxing the papers, when we called to get the correct fax number, we were told that they are expecting our fax since morning and at that time we were given the full discription of the property that we held. It was not only shocking but very bitter and annoying as me being pragnent, it is very hard to drive 12 hours and look at anymore appartments. I think it reflects how bad their customer service is and how bad they are in keeping their words. Me and my family has decided not to trust this company and not to recommend them to anyone as well as never ever establish any relationship with them in future as well.
