I have lived at this place for 4 months now. When I moved in my screens were all ripped out, and my door frames chewed up by dogs. I have sent in numerous maintenance requests, to no avail. It is now winter and I have barely been able to enjoy my screen porch since it had no screens and the huge west nile mosquitos from the quarry swarm you if you go out. I also have ants all over the place I can not rid the apartment of ants, they crawl through my cupboard and eat all my stuff. the washer is too small to wash ----, and the A/C unit leaks water all into the closet which causes a rancid mildew smell. They also enter your apartment without warning to do repairs(when they actually come). Nothing ever gets fixed around that place. However...the lake is quite beautiful if you can see it from your apartment. Make sure you live on the first floor. The floors and walls are sooo thin you can hear everyone that walks around upstairs. The fat ----- upstairs wakes up every morning at 5, and paces around, and its like thunder. I'm going to shoot her one day.
