If the price is enticing, you'll soon know why! The insulation is very bad (Be sure to get high electricity bills), the tiles in the kitchen are all cracked and chipped, the pipes under the kitchen sink leak, the walls are so thin you can hear the pipes all night long! We have had to trap two rats and kill many cockroaches. They replace items with used stuff and postpone maintenance work or do a shabby job if they do it at all. I don't know who hires the front office staff, but the main person would gradually raise her voice over ours thinking we might shy away from making any more office visits. Maybe they are told to talk at the top of their voices so that the residents get scared or annoyed. We even got cheated into moving into a bigger apt. at the same place. The lady didn't let us see the apt. and we belived her stories. They never came to fix what they said they would. I guess they have been told to get in as much rent as they can before the whole place comes crashing down!
Imagine returning from a hard day's work to a home that isn't as welcoming. Please think twice before you opt to stay here as your life will be a living hell.
