When I first moved to the Columbia area I couldn't believe how many Apt. places there are here. Looking around, there are a lot of choices. Then I saw Charbonneau. First thing I thought was how many trees they have. I love the fact that they didn't mow down all the trees to build it and then plant little ones around....please. Let's talk about what I've got. WASHER AND DRYER!! Perfect for me and they don't charge extra every month for it!! I live in 15 building and over look the huge lake here. It's too awesome sitting on the screened porch and listening to the rain. Maintenance has been pretty good. The main guy is not what I pictured as a maintenance man. He's a younger guy that knows his ----! The last place I lived the guy was about 300lbs and smoked in my apartment when he worked(IF he worked).The one complaint I do have is the landscaper guys. They start cutting grass sometimes like 7:30 in the morning. I guess I have two complaints...the two HOT office girls have guys already, DAMN!!!
