I moved to charbonneau because the apartment looked very nice and it was in a safe community. After living there for 2 months i stared to have problems. The roof leaks, there are holes under the carpet. Maintenance staff is never around or are in sick leave. Cable and lights constantly go out. And staff walks into apartment whenever they feel like it. without giving a 24 hour notice like they are required to do! Summary way to much money for the crappy maintenance
