I recently resigned my lease for another year at Charbonneau and have no regrets.
I have had an awesome experience.
Great neighbors, minimal noise, and most of all, an excellent and responsive staff.
The staff responds to even the smallest problems immediately.
When my ac broke, I had a brand new unit in 2 days, no questions asked.
I feel if I had been anywhere else that I would not have received this service, and I speak from previous experience.
The staff is to be commended for all that they do...
I plan on living at Charbonneau until I either buy a house or leave the Columbia area.
