Charbonneau might not be much to look at, but you'll enjoy your time there.

My time at Charbonneau was so pleasant.
Yes, the grounds aren't beautiful, and yes, the apartments are outdated ...
but I couldn't have imagined a more friendly and helpful staff! They are gracious to dog-owners and have little special events at the clubhouse, like barbeques, for the residents.
It's little things like that that show they really care about their residents.
The maintenance staff always came either the day I called or the next day, and were happy to fix any problem.
