I've lived in a few apartment buildings in Columbia, and I'd have to say Charbonneau is the best so far. The staff is very friendly and I've never had trouble contacting them. Our apartment is very nice and there are two large windows over-looking the pond. Charbonneau is relatively quiet, however, you can hear the occasional creak when someone is walking overhead in an apartment above you. I personally have had a few noisy neighbors, but one call to the office, and the problem was fixed. I'd have to say the only problem I've encountered thus far is the parking situation, which seems to be bad only in front of our building. Overall, I'd have to say Charbonneau is a great place to live.
