If you are looking at Cahrbonneau..keep looking.

I can't wait to get out of my lease.

Everything breaks, and it takes forever to get it fixed! The dishwashers, hot water heaters and washing machines are constantly flooding apartments and management does a very shoddy job of getting them cleaned.

Can we say MOLD! Cat problem in the dumpsters has never been taken care of and there is dog poop everywhere, mainly from the maintenance guy's dog.

The place is falling apart and management does nothing to compensate you for the inconveniences you go through.

I would never ever recommend this place to even my worst enemy!
