I have lived here for close to 6 months and kind of have a mixed opinion of the place. For the good, I can say that parking is decent, it's a pretty quiet community, and the property stays "fairly" clean. But going into the apartment is a different story. Now for the bad. First, there is mold everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, etc. Maitenance is kinda slack in that I have work orders pending over 2 months. One of which is a very serious issue. The knobs in the kitchen and bathroom break very easily. I haven't had a problem with management, other than the fact that should really stay on maitenance to get things done. I would recommend this place to someone who wants convience of being close to "everything" and all in all, not a bad place to live. But I personally have had too many bad experiences and planning to relocate upon completion of my lease.
