HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!

I would never recommend charbonneau apts to my worst enemy.

They rip you off any way possible!!!! If anything ever goes wrong with anything in your apartment it will not be delt with in a timely manner, in an emergency the maintenance man will not call you back.

In my experience the manager "Mandy" is the rudest individual I have ever had to deal with in my life.

This development has made this the worst and most stressful year of my life!!!!
