I had the misfortune to live at these apartments for an entire year. That was a year of looking at broken floor tiles, dealing with peeling siding and all manner of maintenance issues they could never get around to fixing. The maintenence here is TERRIBLE.... when we moved in we had a list of issues that we were promised would be taken care of within a month of us moving in and lo and behold, they were still issues when we moved out a year later. I was counting the days to the end of our lease. The head manager there is a huge b****. I was yelled at by her, and when she found out she was wrong, I received no apology for her inexcusable behavior. In short, I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost. You'll regret signing any kind of lease agreement with them from the day you move in.
