worst placetolive in Columbia.The property manger called Mandy, knows nothing about apartments and lacks skills to manage this apartments. Mandy is very rude,unfriendly human being and treats the residence with out respect.I wonder why the Property owners keep this inefficent ,rude, skilless women as Property Manager here. Charbonneau is not an ideal place to live in columbia in many reason.......be carefull ....The reasons (1)Property Manger Mandy Brazil(hope she is not from Brazil..... ) not coporate with residence.(2)High energy costs due to 25 years old heating and cooling systems, poor insulations , lacks proper and timely repairs.(3)Dead slow response to residence repair requests.(4) Very old appliances installed inside and it beake downs usally (5)No security to live here...playing ground for local unwanted people, many breake ups like hitting car glasses...stolen valuable stuffs from cars.... so please don`t try risk here dear ones. be carefull...
