My apartment feels like a green house.
For almost a month I have been living in an apartment that stays at 80 degrees.
When I approached management about this, they said that my unit was running fine, and that it could only cool 20 degrees cooler than what it is outside.
At first, it made since because of a fluke heat wave that we were having, but at night when it was 70-something outside, I was still sticking to my sheets on my bed.
I am sooo pissed b/c I know that they're giving me the run-around, and eventually I will have to fork out BIG BUCKS on my power bill.

Absolutely the biggest **bust** for your buck. In the mid 700's to rent here, you would expect more. But in reality what you get is rude management, "Angela". All through out the apartment complex is polybutylene piping which if you do your research, is a ticking time bomb for water leaks. And thats just what I have experienced. Lots of water leaks. When you come here, yea it looks nice, but it's whats behind the walls that you should be aware of.
