This is without a doubt the worst place that I have ever lived. The place itself is nice, the price is fair, and Charbonneau would actually be a pleasant place to live if the management and staff were not completely incompetent. Without going into the gory details, I will say that the staff and management are unbelievably lazy, rude, and downright useless. They truly do not care about their tenants and are actually willing to go to outrageous lengths to screw over tenants. Save yourself outrageous hassles and distress and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

I have lived at the charbonneau for awhile now and i really like living here.. So if you have such a big problem with the staff why dont you just move out!!!!!!!!!
