Like others have said previously, it seemed like a nice place to live in. Until it rained and my bedroom carpet was soaked via the bedroom window and the ceiling. I have told them on numerous occasions about this and they came out and "fixed" the problem while I was at work. Once it rained again, I found out that they never did anything to fix the roof or the window. Also, my drain from my washing machine runs over when the upstairs tenants wash clothes. I have complained about this for over a year. The only reason I have not moved out yet is because it is affordable for me right now. But, I am in the process of looking at another place to reside. Two years is too long to be putting up with the same maintenance problems over and over and over again.
