Ok the price might be nice but believe me thats it. When I moved to the chimneys i didnt get the apartment i was shown or one even close to it. my apartment had mis-matched vinyl the bathroom was one color and texture, the hall was another color and design, the kitchen was another color and design. The kitchen and bathroom looked as if it was cleaned by someone blindfolded, the trash on the property was so bad I heard the maintenance staff complaining. Some days i could'nt get to my front door for all the loitering, and lets not forget the long waits for maintenance to repair things in the apartment. Have we forgotten that if the tenant isnt happy the the staff isnt going to be happy at least not after I finish complaining. Chimneys could really be a nice place if they up their standards and get strict on the rules of littering, loitering and excessive noise after hours. I mean hell they had management living on site, but I guess they feel their job is done after 6pm never mind we are management let it be til tommorrow comes.
