I moved into an apartment that should have been renovated a month ago and they still have things that needs to be repaired. I could not start by listing everything that is possibly wrong with this apartment.But I will say this, once I finish contacting the Better business bureau and making my complaints as well as forwarding the photos to them that I have taken I know that this will be a wake up call for their corporate office. No I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone because the staff does not take care of the property as needed. It's sad that these apartments are about 30 years and the company has not replaced much of anything. I assume they are so hungry for $$ that they could care less of how you take care of the property just as long as you pay your rent.

Hope you didn't get a townhouse, it's probably my old piece of junk. I made sure that management knew everything that was wrong and that they needed to do repairs before someone else moved in. Bet they didn't. I hope at least they fixed the bathtub in the master bedroom so it doesn't leak into the living room anymore. And the only thing that going to the owners did was get my lease down to 3 months. I guess that was something, but 3 months there seemed like an eternity to me. Good luck. I kept asking for someone to come in and see the place, but no one ever would, they promised they would, but never showed.
