Iam a current resident for three years now.Iam pretty happy with the section i reside in.I don't have a problem with the staff office,maintenance.Every morning i see a maint.member picking up trash through out the whole complex.and they know you by name or the vechicle that you own or your kids.Yes they have changed empolyees alot i think for the better,it might take them awhile to fix things but you will always get at call or a note of what's going to be done and what needs to fixed vs waiting weeks or days with no answer.Noise level vary where ever you go due to different backgrounds and ages.Safety i feel safe due to the fact we have Richland County patrol and will stop you to find out who you are and where you live and checks with the front office.For the most part i was like the other tentants but if you have the time to talk the staff it will get done.they can't take care of anything if they aren't aware of it.
