I lived here a long time ago when I was going to USC. For nearly 2 years I lived in 9J on the back of the building next to the elevators. 9J was a one bedroom with a long entrance hall. The floors were black rubber tile with no wallpaper and a tiny under the counter fridge. It may have been my unit but this place was as quiet as a tomb as I could play music at a very high volume and not even hear it in the hallway. Parking was a big problem
and you had to be in early to get a space but back then parking tickets were only one dollar and that was cheap back then. The kitchen was no problem as I never cooked. Everything, except phone, for 140. a month with a one year lease. Yes, it was a long time ago 1976 to 1978!
