I moved to Columbia from Florida in August of 2003. From researching Columbiana Lakes on the web, it looked like a beautiful and wonderful place to live! However, as we all know looks can be decieving! My apartment maybe nice to someone that thinks a dumpster is clean!! The staff did take care of this after I moved in but it should not have happened. The main concern is the theft and vandalism. People have climbed on balconies to steal things off of them. This is why I have moved and will never go near this place again. I hate this place!!!!
