I've lived at Columbiana Lakes for 2 years and I have to agree with the complainers about the management as they have shown that they are resident oriented at signing but in actuality they ignore resident input and pusue their own personal agenda doing the absolute minimum to retain residents. At the last "community meeting" I personally witnessed Todd lecture the attendees about how lucky we were to live here and if anyone was unhappy (and I quote here) "There are plenty of other alternatives here in Harbison and maybe this community isn't for you." This was directed to a mother of three children who express dissatiafaction with new rules including minors under age 18 not being allowed on their own porch without adult supervision...Please dont misunderstand ...I believe Columbiana Lakes sits on the most attractive property in Columbia and I did not move here by accident but the new management staff HAS to go or I will definately NOT be resigning another lease...I like to believe that I am a valued and involved resident wherever I live and will not tolerate management that makes me feel unwelcome.
